Terms & Conditions

General website, enquiry and booking terms for our travel services.

Last updated: June 28, 2026. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any Hajj, Umrah, or travel package with Al-Hasnain Tourizm. By proceeding with a booking or payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction & General Provisions

Welcome to Al-Hasnain Tourizm. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Al-Hasnain Tourizm ("Company", "We", "Us") and the customer ("Traveller", "Pilgrim", "You"). The information on our website is for general guidance. While we strive to maintain accurate package inclusions, prices, flight schedules, hotel details, and availability, they are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier variations, currency fluctuations, or governmental policies.

2. Enquiries, Quotations & Booking Process

  • Quotations: Submitting an enquiry via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. Any quotation provided is subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once all necessary documents (passports, photos, etc.) are submitted, the required initial deposit is received, and a formal written confirmation (invoice/receipt) is issued by Al-Hasnain Tourizm.
  • Accuracy of Information: The Traveller is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided personal details match their passport exactly. We are not liable for visa rejections or flight boarding denials due to incorrect information provided by the Traveller.

3. Payments, Pricing & Surcharges

  • Payment Schedule: A non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate visa processing and secure flights/hotels. The exact percentage will be communicated during booking. Full payment must be cleared at least 15 to 21 days before departure (or as specifically advised for your package).
  • Price Fluctuations: Package prices are calculated based on current airfares, hotel rates, and currency exchange rates (SAR to INR). In the event of an unexpected hike in flight ticket prices, Saudi taxes, visa fees, or drastic currency fluctuation before full payment, the difference must be borne by the Traveller.
  • Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Cheque, or Cash at our Ahmedabad office. All transactions must be fully realized in our accounts before travel documents are handed over.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation rules are strictly governed by our suppliers (Airlines, Saudi Hotels, Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, and Transport companies):

  • Visa & Flights: Once the Umrah/Hajj Visa is applied for or issued, its cost is 100% non-refundable. Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies, which often involve heavy penalties or are entirely non-refundable for group bookings.
  • Hotels & Ground Services: Saudi hotels, particularly in Makkah and Madinah, often have stringent non-refundable policies during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj).
  • General Timeline: Cancellations made 30+ days prior to departure may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting visa, flight cancellation charges, and a service fee). Cancellations within 15 days of departure usually result in a 100% cancellation fee. Exact refund amounts (if any) will be calculated and communicated after supplier deductions.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds may take up to 30-45 working days to process.

5. Visa Processing and Approvals

Al-Hasnain Tourizm acts merely as a facilitator for Visa processing. The issuance or rejection of a visa is the sole discretion of the Saudi Embassy or the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or errors made by the authorities. Any financial loss incurred due to visa rejection (such as non-refundable flight tickets) is the responsibility of the Traveller.

6. Flight & Hotel Modifications

  • Flights: Flight schedules, airlines, and routings are subject to change by the airline without prior notice. We will assist in providing alternatives if a flight is canceled or rescheduled, but we are not liable for delays, missed connections, or lost baggage.
  • Hotels: While we endeavor to provide the hotels listed in your confirmed package (e.g., Qasr Ajyad Alsad Hotel, Amjad Al Salam Hotel), Saudi authorities or hotel management may occasionally overbook or reallocate rooms. In such rare circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative hotel of a similar or better standard. Distances to the Haram mentioned in packages are approximate and can vary based on access gates and walking routes.

7. Luggage and Baggage Allowance

Travellers must adhere strictly to the baggage allowance specified by the airline. Excess baggage fees are the sole responsibility of the Traveller. Zamzam water limits (usually 5 liters per passport on return) are governed by Saudi aviation laws and may be restricted on certain airlines or tourist visas. We do not guarantee the transport of Zamzam water.

8. Health, Medical Conditions & Insurance

Pilgrimage involves significant physical exertion (walking long distances, heat, crowded spaces). It is the Traveller's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Travellers with pre-existing medical conditions, seniors, or disabled pilgrims must travel with a capable companion. Al-Hasnain Tourizm staff cannot provide dedicated medical care or personal mobility assistance (e.g., pushing wheelchairs).
  • Vaccinations: All mandatory vaccinations (e.g., Meningitis, Polio, COVID-19) as directed by the Saudi Government must be completed.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover unexpected health emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.

9. Code of Conduct & Local Laws

Travellers must respect the religious sanctity of Makkah and Madinah, adhere to Islamic dress codes, and follow all laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Hasnain Tourizm reserves the right to withdraw services without refund from any Traveller whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or endangers the safety and harmony of the group.

10. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Al-Hasnain Tourizm shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or cancellation resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, sudden changes in Saudi Ministry rules, strikes, wars, airline bankruptcies, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, no compensation or refunds will be provided beyond what we can recover from our suppliers.

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
